28 military servicemen illegally transferred abroad: attackers were informed of suspicion
Law enforcement officers of Lviv region reported suspicion to shippers bound abroad. These are two entrepreneurs from Truskavets and Sambor, aged 44 and 38.
The men organized a scheme for the crossing of the state border of Ukraine in wartime for military servicemen and provided their transportation. To do this, “clients” were registered in the relevant databases, consulted and in some places provided with transport. Law enforcement officers managed to document 28 such facts.
The defendants were informed of the suspicion of committing criminal offenses provided for in Part 2 of Art. 332 (Illegal transfer of persons across the state border of Ukraine) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and Part 1 of Article 362 (Unauthorized actions with information processed in electronic computers (computers), automated systems, computer networks or stored on carriers of such information, committed by a person who has the right to access it) Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The maximum penalty for suspects is imprisonment for up to seven years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years.
