Narcolaboratory was liquidated in Kyiv region, “Alfa-PVP”, amphetamine and precursors were withdrawn for almost 10 million hryvnias

A 26-year-old resident of the village of Lisovychi equipped a laboratory for the production of psychotropic substances, which he later sold to drug addicts. He faces from 9 to 12 years in prison with confiscation of property.

The illegal activities of the defendant were exposed by the operatives of the Kiev region police together with the employees of the Main Investigative Department and the Office for Combating Drug Crimes in the Kiev region of the DBN of the National Police of Ukraine with the involvement of fighters of the special purpose police regiment of the Kiev region under the procedural guidance of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.

At the place of residence of the young man, law enforcement officers conducted an authorized search and seized laboratory equipment for the production of salts “Alfa-PVP”, 73 liters of psychotropic substance “Alfa-PVP”, 840 grams of psychotropic substance “amphetamine”, 350 grams of “cannabis”, as well as 32 liters of precursors. The value of the withdrawn at black market prices is about 10 million hryvnias.

The man reported that he bought precursors in an online store, and later sold the finished substances to drug addicts.

All drugs are aimed at conducting appropriate examinations. Currently, law enforcement officers are identifying accomplices of the new moon involved in illegal activities.

According to this fact, criminal proceedings were opened for part 3 hours. 307 (Illegal production, manufacture, acquisition, storage, transportation, shipment or sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for a period of 9 to 12 years with confiscation of property.
