Compliance with quarantine restrictions: police compiled 1259 administrative protocols for violations during passenger transportation
Since October 21, the authorities of the National Police of Ukraine have inspected almost 175,000 regular and irregular passenger traffic. Nearly 8,000 of them in the past week. In particular, attention was paid to the availability of vaccination documents, relevant certificate or negative test for COVID-19 by PCR or express antigen test for COVID-19 by PCR or express test for antigen.
Inspections were carried out on motor transport - 147 510; at railway stations - 26 071; on air transport - 1087. 1259 administrative protocols were compiled according to the detected violations.
During the inspections, the police found 1,513 illegal carriers. Therefore, a total of 1987 relevant protocols were drawn up — 988 protocols under Art. 164 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and 999 — under Art. 140 kUPap.
In addition, from January 10 to 16, the police compiled 827 administrative protocols under Part 1 of Art. 44-3 (Violation of the rules on quarantine of people) KUPap. In total, 124 050 administrative protocols have been compiled since the beginning of quarantine. Decisions under Part 2 of Art.
44—3 — 5213. In total, 516,314 resolutions have been issued since the beginning of quarantine.
