on the promulgation of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to Paragraph 9 of the License Conditions for the Conduct of Economic Activities for the Production and Repair of Non-Military Firearms and Ammunition for It, Cold Weapons, Pneumatic Weapons Caliber Over 4.5 Millimeters and the Flight Speed of a Bullet Over 100 meters per second, trade in non-military firearms and their ammunition, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; production of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense and their sale”
In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter referred to as the Law), in order to receive comments and proposals from individuals and legal entities, their associations are published:
Draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to Paragraph 9 of the License Conditions for the Conduct of Economic Activities for the Production and Repair of Non-Military Firearms and Ammunition for It, Cold Weapons, Pneumatic Weapons Caliber Over 4.5 Millimeters and Bullet Flight Speed Over 100 Meters Per Second trade in non-military firearms and their ammunition, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; production of special equipment, charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense and their sale” (hereinafter referred to as the draft) and analysis of its regulatory impact.

The project is designed to improve the provisions of the License Terms.
The adoption of the project will contribute to the improvement of the provisions of the license conditions for conducting economic activities for the production and repair of non-military firearms and their ammunition, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, trade in firearms non-military use and ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; production of special vehicles charged substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense and their sale by eliminating the possibility of double interpretation of the need to present an authorization to purchase weapons.
