on the publication of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On the Procedure for Registration, Issuance and Registration of Permits for the Installation and Use of Special Sound and Light Signal Devices of Blue Color on Vehicles”

In compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”, we inform you about the publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (www.mvs.gov.ua) of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On the Procedure for Registration, Issuance and Accounting of Permits for Establishment and Special Use sound and light signaling devices of blue color on vehicles” (hereinafter — draft act).

The draft act was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in accordance with paragraph 1 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 22, 2017. No. 176 “The issue of the use of special sound and light signaling devices on vehicles”.

The adoption of the act is due to the need to bring the regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs into compliance with the legislation and to regulate the procedure for registration, issuance and registration of permits for the installation and use of special sound and light signaling devices of blue color on vehicles.
