Notice on the publication of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 10, 2001 № 1306”

We inform you about the publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (www.mvs.gov.ua) of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2001 No. 1306” (hereinafter referred to as the draft resolution).

The draft resolution is designed to solve problematic issues of promoting accuracy and uniformity of terminology, optimizing the systematic presentation of educational material, in the form, in particular, of electronic manuals corresponding to the educational program, contains digital objects of various formats and provides interactive interaction, as well as improving road safety levels, reducing the number of traffic accidents, reducing the mortality rate due to traffic accidents, as well as their severity, creating safe and comfortable conditions for road users.

Today, the scale of road traffic injuries in Ukraine is significantly ahead of similar indicators in most countries of the world. Solving the problem requires an integrated approach to a number of different tasks, first of all, in the legislative sphere, provided for by the draft resolution.

To solve problematic issues of improving the level of road safety, creating safe and comfortable conditions for road users, preserving the life and health of road users, the project and provides for the introduction of some amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 10, 2001 No. 1306 “On Road Traffic Rules”.
