In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”, in order to receive comments and suggestions from legal entities and individuals, their associations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine informs about the publication on September 15, 2020 of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “About approval of the Procedure for organizing round-the-clock security of facilities and premises in which drug-containing plants are cultivated, used, stored and destroyed, as well as used, stored and the finished products or wastes of such plants obtained from them are destroyed.”
The main developer of the draft regulatory act is the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
The draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was developed in order to bring the normative and legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in accordance with the laws of Ukraine “On National Police”, “On Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Precursors”, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 26, 2008 No. 1026 “On Approval of the Conditions of Prevention theft of plants included in the list of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors.”
Comments and proposals to the draft regulatory act are accepted from individuals and legal entities, their associations within one month from the date of publication (15.09.2020): in writing or electronically at the address: ul.
