The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is holding a public public discussion on the draft Anti-Corruption Program of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for 2023-2025 (hereinafter — the draft Anti-Corruption Program), published on February 08, 2023 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: here.

The draft Anti-Corruption Program has been developed in order to ensure that the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in their activities, as well as in legal relations with state authorities, local governments, legal entities and individuals comply with the principle of zero tolerance to corruption in any of its forms and manifestations and to carry out all appropriate measures to prevent corruption detection, detection and counteraction of corruption provided for by current legislation.

The measures provided for by the Anti-Corruption Program will be carried out both by structural units of the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and its territorial bodies, as well as by other entities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system.

Implementation of the Anti-Corruption Program of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will ensure the reduction of the level of corruption in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The public public discussion of the Anti-Corruption Program project will take place in the form of a video conference using the Zoom platform on February 22, 2023 at 3 p.m.

Discussion procedure: the duration of the speech is up to 5 minutes.

To participate in the discussion, you must register from 08 to 21 February 2023 by sending the following information to the e-mail address: [email protected]:

• surname, first name, patronymic;
• about the desire to speak during the round table;
• representative of which civil society institution, media or government body, organization, etc., you are;
• set out in an arbitrary form, about experience in anti-corruption activities;
• on possible comments and/or proposals to the Anti-Corruption Program project.

Information to connect to the video conference (link, conference ID and access code) will be sent to all registered participants additionally.

The report on the results of the public public discussion of the Anti-Corruption Program project will be published on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine within two weeks after the decision on the results of the discussion.
