The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, in accordance with the Procedure for Conducting Public Consultations on the Formation and Implementation of State Policy, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 03, 2010 No. 996, conducted electronic consultations with the public on the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Peculiarities of State Implementation supervision (control) in the sphere of economic activity regarding individuals — entrepreneurs and legal entities that apply a simplified system of taxation and accounting and reports” on the implementation of state supervision (control) measures in the field of security activities” (hereinafter - the draft Law), which was published on September 01, 2021 in the subsection “Draft regulations” of the “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: here.

Proposals and comments on the draft Law were not received from representatives of the public to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
