Notice on the publication of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “On Amendments to the Instruction on the Procedure for Organizing the Work of Territorial Bodies for the Provision of Service Services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on State Accreditation of Institutions Training, Retraining and Upgrading of Vehicle Drivers, and Certification of Their Specialization posts”
In compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Fundamentals of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”, we inform you about the publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (www.mvs.gov.ua) of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “On Amendments to the Instruction on the Procedure for Organization of the Work of Territorial Bodies with provision of service services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine regarding state accreditation of institutions that carry out training, retraining and professional development of transport drivers means and certifications of their specialists” (hereinafter — draft order).
The draft order was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs in accordance with the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 03, 2019
No. 320 “On Amendments to Certain Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”, which amended, including the Procedure for State Accreditation of Establishments Carrying out Training, Retraining and improvement of the qualification of drivers of vehicles and certification of their specialists, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 20, 2009 No. 490.
The development and adoption of the order is due to the need to harmonize and introduce legal norms defined by the Regulation on the Accreditation Commission for State Accreditation of Institutions Training, Retraining and Upgrading of Vehicle Drivers, and the Regulation on the Certification Commission for Certification of Specialists of Institutions prepare, retrain and improve the qualification of drivers of vehicles approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated February 18, 2016 No. 115, registered with the Ministry of Justice Ukraine on March 01, 2016 under No. 322/28452, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
