During 2019, 13,398 written appeals from citizens were received to the Ministry of Internal Affairs (in 2018 — 11,807), forwarded to the Ministry from the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine — 31 (40), the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine — 1241 (508), the Office of the President of Ukraine — 266 (171), other bodies — 700 (433).

The management of the Ministry took control of 1465 applications from the total number of those considered by the Ministry of Internal Affairs during the reporting period.

2098 citizens applied to the reception of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for personal reception during 2019, for the same period of 2018 — 2,137.
