A written appeal to the Ministry of Internal Affairs can be submitted:

• by sending to the mailing address of the Ministry of Internal Affairs: ul. Akademika Bogomolets, 10, m. Kiev, 01601;
• placing in the box for correspondence, which is located at the checkpoint of the Ministry of Internal Affairs at the above address.

The appeal can be written by hand or printed, must meet the requirements for the appeal.
