She was born in the city. Khmelnitsky on September 4, 1972 in the family of employees.
Labor and scientific activity
In 1991, she graduated from Khmelnytsky Pedagogical School (now Khmelnytsky Humanitarian and Pedagogical Academy) with the specialty “Teacher of Primary Schools”. Until 1995 she studied in Kamenets Ivan Ogienko National University of Podilsk, where she received her higher education in the specialty “Primary Education and Methods of Pedagogy”. Since 1995 she worked as a teacher of primary classes in the secondary school №26 of the city.
Khmelnitsky, and in the same year she was elected chairman of the students' union and transferred to work at the school. In 2000 she was appointed a methodist and deputy dean of the Faculty of Primary Education.
In 2001 she defended her dissertation for the degree “Candidate of Sciences” in the specialty “Theory and Methods” Education Department”. Since 2003 — Dean of the Faculty of Primary Education.
In 2005 she became an Associate Professor of the Department of School Pedagogy and Psychology, and in 2009 — Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the International
Personnel Academy.
In 2011 she defended her doctoral thesis in the specialty “History of Pedagogy and General Pedagogy”. During the period from 2011 to 2017, she created a scientific school, has 12 graduate students.
In 2013, by the decision of the Attestation Board of the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine, she was awarded the academic title of professor of the Department of Pedagogy. Since 2014 she has held the position of dean of the Faculty of Primary Education and Philology She headed the Humanitarian Pedagogical Academy, headed the Laboratory of Humane Pedagogy at the Academy, is a member of the board of the All-Ukrainian Laboratory of Humane Pedagogy. In 2021, she was appointed to the
leading position of the Main Department
National Social Service in Khmelnytskyi Oblast. Since March 2022, Director of the Department of Education, Science and Sports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of

Inna Yashchuk is a full member (academician) of the International Academy of Sciences of Pedagogical Education and a full member of the Doctoral Specialized Scientific Councils at Rivne State Humanities University and Khmelnytsky Humanitarian and Pedagogical Academy. Has more than 200 scientific publications.
