Law enforcement officers establish the attacker who caused bodily harm to a journalist of one of the Internet publications in Nikolaev
On November 30, around 22:40 the Central Police Department of the GUNP in the Nikolaev area received a message from the correspondent of one of the local publications that near the house on the street. Sadovoy was sprayed with an unknown substance in his eyes by an unknown substance and inflicted several blows to the face, after which he fled.
Law enforcement officers arrived at the scene, as well as doctors, who after examination hospitalized the victim.
Previously, investigators initiated criminal proceedings on the basis of Part 1 of Art. 125 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Intentional light bodily harm”, the sanction of the article provides for punishment from the imposition of a fine to correctional work for a period of up to one year.
Priority investigative actions continue and measures are being taken to identify and detain the person involved in the commission of the crime.
All circumstances and motives of the crime are established.
