Police opened criminal proceedings on the fact of threats to journalists of Radio Svoboda

This information is qualified by the investigators of the Main Investigative Department (CSU) of the National Police of Ukraine under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Investigators began an investigation into the fact of the statements of Andriy Portnov to the journalists of Radio Svoboda.
Information was entered into the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations under Part 2 of Art. 171 (Obstruction of legitimate professional activity of journalists) and under Part 1 of Art. 345-1 (Threat or violence against a journalist) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine
