Online Leadership Training for the Euro-Atlantic Network of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Completed
On November 30, a two-day online leadership training for the Euro-Atlantic network of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, organized by the Ukraine-NATO Professional Development Program, ended.
The training was dedicated to leadership. It took place on November 29-30.
Together with expert and coach Igor Malodov, the participants of the training improved their understanding of employees' working maturity levels and situational leadership. Network specialists dealt with such concepts as coaching and mentoring, and also improved their skills in resolving conflicts in a team.
“We are still summing up the results of the meeting, writing reports and feedback forms. Nevertheless, I personally changed precisely because of my acquaintance with the participants of the Euro-Atlantic network of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and was inspired by their stories,” said Igor Solodov.
Deputy Head of the Main Department for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of the Directorate of Strategic Planning and European Integration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Denis Egorov said that this is not the last such training. In a few months, webinar participants are expected to have an additional session with a coach, during which they will be able to share their experience using the acquired knowledge and skills, as well as discuss issues that have arisen during this period.
Heads of the Professional Development Program thanked the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for the successful start of the project.
