On the fact of hooliganism in one of the bars of the capital Podil, investigators started criminal proceedings
A group of young men with the help of improvised means destroyed the shop window of the establishment and tried to get inside. After they failed, they fled. Information about the victims is established.
Last night, the 102 hotline received a message from a bar worker on Verkhniy Val Street that unknown persons were committing hooligan acts.
Arriving at the specified address, the police found that a group of people smashed the glass of the establishment with improvised means and tried to get inside the premises. After being hindered by the bar staff, who closed in from the inside, the violators managed to escape.
Currently, first-line investigative actions are being carried out, police are interviewing witnesses and eyewitnesses, as well as establishing all the circumstances of this incident.
In addition, when working out the territory, the uniforms of law enforcement officers identified 12 people according to the available signs and delivered them to the Podolsk Police Department. Currently, police officers are communicating with them, who establish the involvement of the young men in the above events, as well as the motives of their act.
Information about the incident is included in the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations under Part 4 of Art. 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Hooliganism). Investigative actions are ongoing.
