In Kherson, police seized counterfeit alcohol for 1.5 million hryvnias
In Kherson, law enforcement officers exposed a resident of the city who equipped a mini-factory for the production of alcohol and counterfeit “elite” alcoholic beverages, which he sold to residents of the regional center. The cost of the seized counterfeit is 1.5 million hryvnias.
During the investigation of the criminal proceedings, the police found out that a 49-year-old man rented several warehouses in Kherson, where he equipped a mini-factory for the production of counterfeit elite alcohol. The attacker produced a fake with the help of computer equipment. The goods were sold retail to residents of the city of Kherson, delivery was made on their own car.
During the authorized searches, law enforcement officers seized a computerized device with a rectification column for the production of alcohol, equipment and substance for making alcohol, 480 liters of alcohol-like liquid, 33 plastic barrels and 6,600 liters of alcohol liquid.
