Anti-terrorist training took place in Vinnytsia
The Coordination Group of the Anti-Terrorist Center at the Security Service of Ukraine in Vinnytsia Oblast conducted planned anti-terrorist exercises.
The events were held in the regional center and nearby areas, about 1000 personnel and 100 units of special equipment were involved.
The trainings were attended by servicemen of military unit 3008 of the Western Operational and Territorial Union of the National Guard of Ukraine, regional units of the SBU, National Police, State Emergency Service, units of the State Border Guard Service, Military Law Service, Patrol Police, as well as representatives of executive bodies government and local government.
According to the legend of the training, a group of conditional “terrorists” arrived on the territory of the city to commit sabotage and terrorist actions on objects of increased danger.
Counter-terrorism units worked out a set of joint actions aimed at identifying and locating perpetrators, freeing hostages and eliminating the consequences of emergencies.
The main goal of the event was to increase the level of interagency interaction and readiness to counter possible sabotage and terrorist threats.
As a result of the training, representatives of the Anti-Terrorist Center at the SBU conducted a thorough analysis of each of the stages of the training special operation and provided its participants with practical recommendations on improving the effectiveness of the anti-terrorist fight.
