At the International Center, US instructors continue to conduct courses on the development of the collective training system in the National Guard
At the International Interdepartmental Multidisciplinary Unit Training Center in the village of Staré in Kyiv region, instructors from the United States of America continued their work.
Cooperation with American colleagues takes place within the framework of the project “Improving the training capabilities of units of the National Guard of Ukraine” (LOE5), funded by the Global Security Reserve Fund (GSCF) through the US Department of Defense.
This time, officers of the Main Directorate, deputy heads of territorial departments and commanders of military units of the National Guard, and officers for planning combat and service training joined the course “Management of Unit Training”.
During the course students will study the systematic approach in the collective training of our international partners in order to subsequently adapt these approaches in the training system in subordinate units of the National Guard.
According to American colleagues, the content of these courses will help determine the order of organization of the training system and its management system in the National Guard of Ukraine, as well as contribute to the development of the training center.
It should be recalled that the LOE5 project provides not only for conducting training events (courses) in order to develop the system of collective training in the National Guard, but also to develop the infrastructure of the International Interdepartmental Multidisciplinary Center for Training Units of the NGU (with co-financing of the National Guard of Ukraine).
