Joint exercises of national guards and police officers took place in Lviv
On the basis of the control and control point 2 of the Galician Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine in the city of Lviv, tactical and special exercises were conducted with the participation of the battalion of the convoy service of the Main Department of the NP in the Lviv region and the servicemen of the 1st battalion of the brigade, who perform the tasks of convoying extradition and defendants, convicts and persons taken into custody.
The National Guardsmen, during the exercise, demonstrated the procedure they perform when performing convoy tasks. Particular attention was paid to emergency situations such as assault, escape, insubordination and wounding of one of the servicemen.
“The exchange of experience is extremely important for our departments,” says Lieutenant Colonel Valery Demchuk, Head of the Convoy and Security Service. “At these classes we demonstrated our work. This time, instructors were also involved, who showed how to provide first aid in case of injury and the procedure for handling weapons for more effective use in crisis situations. Another unit was also involved, which is used in case of emergency situations during the execution of convoy tasks.”
