In Kryvyi Rih, the migration police identified two persons involved in the storage and distribution of child pornography
For several months, local residents stored and systematically distributed pornographic videos involving children on the Internet.
Searches of the places of residence of the defendants took place on June 14 and 15 with the participation of police departments of the migration police, investigators of the police department No. 3 of the Kryvyi Rih RUP under the procedural guidance of the district prosecutor's office. As a result, law enforcement officers seized computer equipment and other physical evidence from the apartments of a 31-year-old man and a 48-year-old woman, which they sent for expert examination.
According to the results of computer and technical examination, the issue of handing a man and a woman a notice of suspicion under Part 1 of Art will be decided. 301-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (obtaining access to child pornography, its acquisition, storage, importation, transportation or other movement, production, sale and distribution). They face penalties ranging from arrest to imprisonment for up to six years.
