Investigators have launched four criminal proceedings. Three administrative protocols have also been drawn up.

Most violations were registered in Kharkiv — 59, Cherkasy — 25 and Lviv regions — 10.

Most of the incidents concerned illegal campaigning — 36, non-compliance with the decision of the election commission — 7, photographing ballot paper or election documentation — 6, possible bribery of voters — 5, illegal destruction of election documentation — 5, violation of the right to use the premises during the election campaign — 4, violation of the procedure for maintaining voter registers or election commissions or voter lists — 4, falsification of electoral documents or its attempt — 4, illegal use of a ballot paper (attempt or removal of a ballot paper) — 1.

All recorded violations are reflected on the geoinformation analytical portal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

According to the results of the inspection, four criminal proceedings were initiated: - 2
- under Part 1 of Art. 158-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Provision of false information to the State Register of Voters or falsification of electoral documents) - in Kharkiv and Cherkasy oblasts; - 2 — according to Part 1 of Art.
157 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Obstruction of the right to vote or the right to participate in a referendum) - in the Kharkiv region.

Also, after the audit, three administrative protocols were drawn up: 2 - per Art. 212-10 (Violation of restrictions on conducting election campaigning, campaigning on the day of the referendum) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses — in Kyiv and Cherkasy Oblasts, 1 — per Art. 212-23 (Damage, concealment, destruction of your ballot...) Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses — in Kharkiv Oblast.

In general, the day of voting took place without serious violations of the electoral process. The police promptly worked out all the messages and provided them with a legal assessment. All stations closed on time, the process of counting votes began. Police officers will continue to serve at polling stations and will accompany commission members and election documentation to the TCC and the IOC.
