Week of work of National Guard patrols in facts and figures
In the period from June 14 to 20 of this year, the personnel of the NGU were engaged in service in 21 regional centers of the state and the city of Kyiv, as well as in 45 cities of regional and district subordination, 10 rural settlements. Also during the past week, guards patrolled the territory of railway stations in Kharkiv and Dnipro.
In total, according to the results of the service last week, the National Guard patrols handed over 121 persons to the National Police on suspicion of committing crimes, 1 thousand 831 persons for administrative offenses.
Detainees seized: 1 assault, 2 pieces of cold weapons, 0.301 kg of narcotic substances and 3 motor pumps. Property returned in the amount of 42 thousand 998 hryvnias.
During the summer health resort season, the soldiers of the National State University of Ukraine will ensure the protection of public order on the territory of 13 settlements of the state (in the cities of Odessa, Slovyansk, Svyatogorsk, Mariupol, Melekine, Shchurovo village of Donetsk region; in Ivano-Frankivsk, city. Rudky of Lviv region, Koblevo village of Mykolaiv region, village Kyrylivka and city. Berdiansk Zaporozhye region. town Serhiivka Odessa region, city. Truskavets of Lviv region).
Soldiers of the National Guard continue to actively participate in measures to combat the spread of COVID-19 in Ukraine. In particular, they protect the territories of 6 facilities for hospitalization of patients with coronavirus, observation (isolation) in 4 cities (Kiev, Odessa, Kherson, and Kremenchug).
This week, the Guards ensured law and order at 32 mass events:
- during public actions near state authorities;
- during religious events;
- near judicial institutions;
- during sporting events, etc.
Preventive measures to prevent illegal mining of amber in the territory of Volyn, Rivne and Zhytomyr regions continue.
Also, the guards take part in preventive measures on the territory of 3 settlements of the state in places and areas with the most complex criminogenic situation.
This week, soldiers of the National Guard participated in search activities in the territory of the city. Kostiantynivka Donetsk region, s. Yurovka of Fastiv district of Kyiv region, Voyniliv village of Ivano-Frankivsk region, city. Reni of Odessa region, m. Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region, s. Shepetivka Vinnytsia region.
The patrol units of the NGU continue to ensure law and order in the area of operation of the Joint Forces in Severodonetsk and Rubezhny Luhansk regions and Mariupol, Slavyansk, Kramatorsk, Konstantinovka, Druzhkivka — in the Donetsk region.
According to the results of the service, 5 persons were transferred to the National Police on suspicion of criminal offenses and 104 persons for administrative offenses to the National Police.
Recall the resonant cases of offenses and probable crimes this week:
Dnipro. On June 16, while serving with the OGP, 2 citizens were detained under Art. 309 CCU in which, during a surface inspection, a narcotic substance of plant origin with a total weight of 35 grams was detected. The investigative and operational team of the district IP was called to the scene.
Ternopil. On June 16, while serving with the OGP, three persons were detained under Art. 309 CCU in which, during the surface inspection, narcotic substances of plant and synthetic origin weighing 11 grams were detected. The investigative and operational team of the district IP was called to the scene.
Odessa. On June 17, while serving with the OGP, a citizen was detained under Art. 263 CCU, in which during a surface inspection a knife with signs of cold weapons was found. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
Odessa. On June 17, while serving with the OGP, a citizen was found and detained, who, according to information and search systems of the NPU, was actively wanted under Art. 162 Criminal Code “Violation of the integrity of housing”. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
Rivne region. On June 17, during preventive measures to prevent illegal extraction of amber in the territory, 3 motor pumps were detected and seized in accordance with the requirements of Art. 240 KKU.
Khmelnitsky. On June 17, while serving with the OGP, a citizen was found and detained, who, according to information and search systems of the NPU, was actively wanted under Art. 187 KKU “Grabizh”. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
Kharkiv. On June 17, while serving with the OGP, according to the “hot tracks”, after receiving a notice of robbery and illegal possession of a woman's bag with personal belongings by a group of unknown persons, according to the indications provided by the applicant, during the exploration of the surrounding territory, three citizens were found and detained under Art.. 186 “Robberies” in which a stolen women's bag was discovered during a surface check. Their involvement in the commission of the crime was confirmed by the applicant. The investigative and operational team of the district IP was called to the scene.
Kharkiv. June 18, during the service with the OGP, after a citizen's appeal about the illegal penetration of an unknown person into his own car and theft of the car radio, charger and battery, according to “hot traces” and signs of the criminal, during the trial of the territory, a citizen was identified and detained under Art. 185 “Thefts” in which stolen items were discovered during a surface inspection. His involvement in the commission of the crime was confirmed by the applicant. The investigative and operational team of the district IP was called to the scene.
Kyiv. On June 19, while serving with the OGP, a citizen was found and detained under Art. 185 KKU, in which during the surface inspection a mobile phone worth UAH 4 thousand was found, which according to the information and search engines of the NPU was considered stolen. The investigative and operational team of the district IP was called to the scene.
Nikolaev. On June 19, during the service with the OGP, according to “hot traces”, after receiving a message about the forcible possession of a mobile phone worth UAH 3,500 by an unknown person, during the exploitation of the adjacent territory, Gr. Furduy D. V. per Art. 186 “Robberies” in which a stolen mobile phone was discovered during a surface check. His involvement in the commission of the crime was confirmed by the applicant. The investigative and operational team of the district IP was called to the scene.
Kherson. On June 19, while serving with the OGP, three people were detained under Art. 309 CCU, in which, during the surface inspection, a narcotic substance of synthetic and vegetable origin with a total weight of 13 grams was detected. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
Khmelnitsky. On June 19, while serving with the OGP, a citizen was detained under Art. 309 CCU, in which, during a surface inspection, a narcotic substance of plant origin weighing 10 g was detected. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
Lutsk. On June 19, while serving with the OGP, a citizen was detained under Art. 263 KKU, in which during the surface inspection, 1 combat charge (7.62 mm) was detected. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
Sumy. On June 19, while serving with the OGP, a citizen was found and detained, who, according to information and search systems of the NPU, was actively wanted under Art. 185 Criminal Code “Theft”. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
Lviv. On June 20, while serving with the OGP, a citizen was found and detained under Art. 263 CCU, in which during the surface inspection 1 hunting knife was found. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
