The results of the work of the National Guard patrols over the past week
In the period from June 28 to July 4 of this year, the personnel of the NGU were engaged in service in 21 regional centers of the state and the city of Kyiv, as well as in 35 cities of regional and district subordination, 19 rural settlements. Also during the past week, guards patrolled the territory of railway stations in Kharkiv and Dnipro.
Soldiers of the National Guard continue to carry out tasks for the implementation of state protection measures, ensuring the holding of large-scale mass events of a socio-political nature, the protection of local self-government bodies, as well as in preventive measures in places and areas with the most difficult criminogenic situation, including the fight against illegal amber production in Volyn, Rivne and Zhytomyr regions. The National Police has 105 people on suspicion of committing crimes, 1,461 people for administrative offenses.
Detainees seized: 2 pistols, 0.228 kg of narcotic substances, 3 motor pumps and 2.64 m³ of roundwood forest (together with NPU). Property returned in the amount of 28 thousand 060 hryvnias. During the summer health resort season, the soldiers of the National State University of Ukraine ensure the protection of public order in the cities of Ivano-Frankivsk, Odessa, Slavyansk, Svyatogorsk, Schurovo, Mariupol, Melikino, s. Hryada, s. Svityaz, m. Melnyky Shatskoi TG, m. Verkhovyna, s. Rudka.
The guards also continue to actively participate in measures to combat the spread of COVID-19 in Ukraine. In particular, they protect the territories of 4 facilities for hospitalization of patients with coronavirus, observation (isolation) in 3 cities (Kiev, Odessa and Kremenchug).
This week, the Guards ensured law and order at 29 mass events:
- during public actions near state authorities;
- during the stay in Odessa seaport of warships of NATO participants in the framework of the international naval exercises SEA BREEZE - 20/21 from 02.07.21 until the end of the exercises;
- during the plenary session of the session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the 9th convocation.
From June 28 to July 4, the troops of the National Guard participated in search activities in the territory of the village. Dachne of Odessa region and the city. Chernihiv.
The patrol units of the NGU continue to ensure law and order in the area of operation of the Joint Forces in Severodonetsk and Rubezhny Luhansk regions and Mariupol, Slavyansk, Kramatorsk, Konstantinovka, Druzhkivka — in Donetsk region.
According to the results of the service, 3 persons were transferred to the National Police on suspicion of committing criminal offenses, including 1 person on suspicion of involvement in the NSF and 71 persons for administrative offenses. Detainees seized: 1 piece of cold weapons, 2 tons of scrap metal.

On June 29, the patrol of V/h 3033 of the NGU, while serving with the OGP in the village of Kirillika, Zaporizhzhya region, after a citizen's appeal about the theft of a mobile phone worth UAH 5 thousand, while working out the adjacent territory, found and detained a citizen for art. 185 “Theft” in which a stolen mobile phone was discovered during a surface check. On June 29, the patrol of Department 3055 of the NGU together with the NPU, during preventive measures to prevent the illegal extraction of amber in the Rivne region, discovered 1 motor pump, which was seized in accordance with the requirements of Art. 240 KKU.
On July 1, patrolled unit 3012 of the NGU, during service with the OGP in the city. Odessa, a man was detained for art. 263 of the Criminal Code, in which, during a surface inspection, a pistol with signs of firearms was found without permits. On July 1, the auto patrol of the army 3033 of the NGU, during service with the OGP m. Zaporizhzhia, found and detained a man who, according to these information and search systems of the NPU, was actively wanted under Art. 185 Criminal Code “Theft”. Lviv, detained a citizen for art. 263 of the Criminal Code, in which, during a surface inspection, a pistol with signs of firearms was found without permits. On July 2, patrolled unit 3030 of the NGU, while serving with the OGP of the city. Kyiv, a man was detained for art. 309 CCU, in which 40 tablets of “methadone” and 40 tablets of “dimedrol” were detected during a surface inspection. On July 2, he patrolled V.H. 3036 of the NGU during service with the OGP in the city. Dnipro, after a citizen's appeal for illegal seizure of funds in the amount of UAH 2 thousand by deception, according to the signs provided by the criminal, during the exploitation of the adjacent territory a man was found and detained under Art. 190 “Fraud”. On July 2, with an auto patrol of the 3056 NGU, during service with the OGP m. Kherson, a citizen was detained under Art. 309 CCU in which, during a surface inspection, a plastic bag containing a synthetic drug substance weighing 10 grams was detected. On July 02, patrol of V./h 3058 of the NGU, during service with the OGP in the village. Primorske, Odessa region, detained a man for art. 309 CCU in which, during a surface inspection, a plastic bag containing a narcotic substance of plant origin weighing 10 grams was detected. On July 3, the auto patrol of the NGU 3011 in conjunction with the NPU during the service with the OGP in the city. Kropyvnytskyi, after receiving a report of theft by an unknown person near a bicycle shop worth UAH 6 thousand, while working out the nearby territory, a stolen bicycle was found and a citizen was detained under Art. 185 “Theft”. On July 4, he patrolled V.H. 3030 of the NGU together with the NPU during the service with the OGP in the city. Kyiv, “on the hot trail” a group of persons (4 persons) was identified and detained under Art. 125 “Intentional light bodily harm” who inflicted bodily harm on a citizen the day before and disappeared from the scene of the crime.
