The results of the work of the guards in the area of the PLO for a week
Every day, units of the National Guard of Ukraine in the area of the PLO check vehicles, documents and verify information with the search base in order to stop the illegal transportation of weapons, ammunition, narcotic substances and to identify persons who have violated the laws of Ukraine.
During the week, the personnel of the National Guard of Ukraine, within the framework of isolation and containment measures at mobile and stationary checkpoints in the area of the operation of the Joint Forces, inspected more than 36 thousand vehicles and about 58 thousand people, during which: detected 81 administrative offenses; detained on suspicion of graft war crimes of 7 persons.
In particular, guards from the United Forces found a man who according to the search base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is considered to be involved in participation in illegal armed formations (NZF). According to this fact, the employees of Kalmiussky VP GUNPU in Donetsk region were called. The discovered fact was registered with the EO of Kalmiuski Private Enterprise under Art. 260 Criminal Code of Ukraine “Creation of unforeseen law of paramilitary or armed formations”
During the service, the guards stopped to check the man, and during the check, the military found that his mobile phone Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T according to the base of the GUNP center in Donetsk region is wanted by the Mariupol RUP. This fact was registered by the Mariupol Police Department No. 1 of the city. Mariupol, according to preliminary qualification part 2 of Article 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Theft”.
During the inspection of the car, it was found that the driver was driving a vehicle with obvious signs of drug intoxication. The SRPP of Mariinsky VP GUNP in Donetsk region was called to the scene. On this fact, a protocol was drawn up on administrative penalties under Part 2, Art. 130 KUPap “Driving vehicles by persons in a state of alcohol, drug or other intoxication or under the influence of drugs that reduce their attention and reaction speed”.
