The results of the work of the guards in the area of the PLO for the week
Recall that the work of units of the National Guard of Ukraine in the area of the Joint Forces is aimed at checking vehicles, documents and checking persons on the basis of the search in order to stop the illegal transportation of weapons, ammunition, narcotic substances and to identify persons who violated the laws of Ukraine.
During the week from November 22 to 28, the personnel of the National Guard of Ukraine, within the framework of isolation and containment measures at mobile and stationary checkpoints in the area of the operation of the United Forces, checked more than 43 thousand vehicles and more than 62 thousand people. During the inspection, the soldiers found 142 offenders. Among them, 129 people committed administrative offenses, and 13 people were detained and handed over to police officers on suspicion of committing criminal offenses, three of them on suspicion of participating in or creating illegal armed groups.
Among the most common violations of administrative law are the illegal production, manufacture, purchase, transportation or shipment of narcotic drugs, importation of non-excisable goods, theft of other people's property, falsification of documents, carrying out transactions with scrap metal and illegal transportation, storage, sale of forest.
Also during the week, the military personnel of the NGU in the area of the Joint Forces conducted operational-preventive, search and filtering activities in settlements of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
Last week, the forces of the National Guard strengthened the protection of the sea coast of the Sea of Azov and the conduct of surface space reconnaissance in the northeastern part of the Sea of Azov at the WO and observation posts.
