Border guards detained 14 illegal migrants at the border with Hungary and Poland
During the day, the border guards of Mukachevo and Lviv detachments prevented the illegal crossing of the border by citizens of Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Guinea, Senegal, Syria, Yemen and Morocco.
Four illegal migrants were detained by the border guards of the “Kosino” section of the Mukachevo detachment. A local resident informed about the appearance of unknown soldiers at the border. Subsequently, the border guards detained four foreigners. The detainees did not have any documents. Three of them said they were Afghan nationals, and another was a Bangladeshi citizen. This information is currently being verified.

By car, an Egyptian citizen (who has a permanent residence permit in Ukraine) transported two foreigners without documents, they were called citizens of Guinea and Senegal.
Protocols under Part 2 of Art have been drawn up for all detainees. 204-1 KUPAP “Illegal crossing or attempted illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine”. Regarding the accomplices, the National Police was informed about possible signs of an offense under Art. 332 Criminal Code “Illegal transfer of persons across the state border of Ukraine”. Investigative actions continue.
