Law enforcers from the PLO have exposed a man involved in a pseudo-referendum in 2014
Operational officers of the Luhansk Border Detachment named after the Hero of Ukraine Colonel Evgeny Pikus, together with law enforcement agencies, continue to expose supporters of the “Russian measure”.
As part of the criminal proceedings, the border guards of the Luhansk detachment together with the investigator of the SS 3 of the Main Directorate of the Main Directorate of the SBU in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts and representatives of the 3 Departments of the Main Directorate of the SBU in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts conducted a search in the residence of the defendant in the case. As it turned out later, it was not for nothing, because the secret supporter of the “Russian measure” even 7 years after the illegitimate referendum was held, did not try to destroy evidence of criminal participation in 2014.
Law enforcement officers found in a citizen of Ukraine the ballots that were used during the vote in a pseudo-referendum in 2014.
Yesterday, June 23, a pro-Russian agent was declared suspected of having committed the crime provided for in Part 2 of Article 110 of the Criminal Code “Infringement on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine”.
We note that thanks to the measures taken by the soldiers of the Luhansk border detachment to identify those involved in the organization and holding of the illegal “referendum” since the beginning of this year under Art. 110 CCU “Invasion of the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine” eight persons were convicted and five persons were handed over for suspicion of committing a crime.
The State Border Service of Ukraine continues to carry out measures to identify and bring to criminal responsibility all those involved in organizing and participating in the illegal “referendum” in the territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions and aimed at the overthrow of the constitutional system and the territorial structure of our state.
