Law enforcement officers guarded Kulikovo Field and Cathedral Square
The specified area was checked by police and explosives for the presence of dangerous objects. So-called filtration points were installed on Kulikovo Field on the side of Italian Boulevard and at the intersection of Kanatnaya and Pirogovskaya streets. Traffic is restricted around both areas.
The whole complex of preventive actions carried out by law enforcement officers is aimed at preventing violations of public order and threats to the safety of people during the events commemorating the memory of the dead on May 2, 2014, which will soon begin in the central part of the city.
