This was announced today, October 5, by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Sergey Goncharov.

“The system of photo-video fixation of traffic violations has been operating for more than a year and we have a steady tendency to reduce speed violations. Currently, 158 KAFs (automatic photo-video capture complexes) of traffic violations on roads and in settlements have been established throughout the state. Recently, 20 more cameras have been installed and connected to the system on the highways of Odessa, Zaporizhia, Lviv and Zakarpattia regions,” said Sergey Goncharov.

The Deputy Minister also reminded about the mobile application of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “Traffic Fines”. It allows not only to pay fines that have already been imposed, but also to promptly receive notifications about new resolutions or changes in their status. The application also has information about the location on the map of cameras for automatic fixing of traffic violations.

You can download the application for IOS at the link, it is also available for Android. A telegram bot has also been developed, with which it is also possible to subscribe to a vehicle and pay a fine using a bank card.

Recall, the system of photo-video fixation of traffic violations was launched on June 1, 2020. The first 50 cameras were installed in Kiev and the Kiev region. From November 19, 2020, the system of auto-fixation of traffic violations began to register violations committed by car owners on foreign registration.
