He hid from serving the sentence imposed by the court — in Odesa region the police detained the so-called “spotter”
For committing a crime in the territory of the Chernihiv region, the court sentenced the “authority” and his accomplices in the form of 8.5 years in prison. To escape punishment, the man fled the courtroom.
In January 2021, Prilutsky City District Court of Chernihiv region found “authority” and his accomplices guilty of committing robbery. In December 2019, they attacked a citizen and forcibly took $20,000 from him.
It is known that the attacker was repeatedly part of organized groups, whose members were engaged in extorting money from farmers, robberies and even kidnapping people. During his time in hiding and for his “merits” in the criminal world, he received from the “law enforcement officer” the status of a “spy” in one of the districts of the Odessa region.
Operatives of the Directorate of Strategic Investigations in the Odessa region of the National Police received information that the attacker is hiding in the region. Having established his place of stay, measures were taken for detention. Yesterday, May 24, on the basis of the court verdict, the police detained the “spectator” and brought him to the GUNP in the Chernihiv region for detention.
The latter was included in the sanctions list of the National Security and Defense Council, approved by the relevant Decree of the President of Ukraine.
