Protection of public order: the results of the work of the National Guard patrols in a week
In the period from April 19 to 25 of this year, the personnel of the NGU were engaged in service in 21 regional centers of the state and the city of Kiev, as well as in 23 cities of regional and district subordination, 11 rural settlements. In addition, the guards patrolled the territory of 6 objects of transport infrastructure of railway stations in Kharkiv, Kiev and Dnipro and the bus station in Mariupol. Soldiers of the National Guard continue to actively participate in measures to combat the spread of COVID-19 on the territory of Ukraine. In particular, they protect the territories of 7 facilities for hospitalization of patients with coronavirus, observation (isolation) in 5 cities (Kiev, Odessa, Kherson, Sumy and Kremenchug).
This week, the Guards ensured law and order at 53 mass events. Among them — at 4 mass public actions near state authorities, 2 — near judicial institutions, 3 — during sports events, etc.
Preventive measures to prevent illegal mining of amber in the territory of Volyn, Rivne and Zhytomyr regions continue.
Also, servicemen of the National Guard took part in search activities in the territory of the Kiev region and the city of Kiev.
Soldiers of the National Guard took part in ensuring public order during the complication of the operational situation in the territory of the central market of the city of Ivano-Frankivsk “raider capture”.
In total, according to the results of the service last week, the National Guard patrols handed over 135 people to the National Police on suspicion of committing crimes, 2 thousand 204 people for administrative offenses.
Detainees seized: 1 hunting rifle, 19 rounds, 1 incendiary grenade, 2 starting pistols, 1 pistol brand “SUR-2608”, 5 pcs. cold weapons, 0.720 kg of narcotic substances, 2 motor pumps.
Returned property in the amount of 19 thousand 446 hryvnias.
The patrol units of the NGU ensured law and order in the area of operation of the United Forces in Severodonetsk and Rubezhny Luhansk regions, Mariupol, Slavyansk, Kramatorsk, Konstantinovka, Druzhkivka — in Donetsk region.
According to the results of the service, 15 persons were transferred to the National Police on suspicion of committing criminal offenses, including 1 person on suspicion of involvement in the NSF and 208 persons for administrative offenses.

Rivne region. On April 19 and April 20, joint outfits with NPU, during preventive measures to prevent illegal extraction of amber, 2 motor pumps were found, which were seized in accordance with the requirements of Art. 240 KKU.

On April 19, during preventive measures to stabilize the criminogenic situation in the territory of the Transcarpathian region, 2 hunting rifles and 45 rounds were seized in accordance with the requirements of Art. 192 KUPap, for violation of the established registration deadlines.

On April 21, a citizen was detained by a foot patrol during service with the OGP under Art. 263 CCU, in which, during a surface inspection, a metal telescopic stick with signs of cold weapons was found. On April 21, a citizen was detained by a foot patrol during service with the OGP under Art. 309 CCU, in which, during a surface inspection, a polyethylene package with a narcotic substance weighing 40 grams was found.
