Protection of public order: the results of the work of the National Guard patrols in a week
In the period from April 12 to 18 of this year, the personnel of the NGU were engaged in service in 20 regional centers of the state and the city of Kiev, as well as in 25 cities of regional and district subordination, 10 rural settlements. In addition, the guards patrolled the territory of two railway stations in Kharkiv and Dnipro and a bus station in Mariupol.
Soldiers of the National Guard continue to actively participate in measures to combat the spread of COVID-19 on the territory of Ukraine. In particular, they protect the territories of 7 facilities for hospitalization of patients with coronavirus, observation (isolation) in 5 cities (Kiev, Odessa, Kherson, Sumy and Kremenchug).
This week, the Guards ensured law and order at 61 mass events. Among them — at 7 mass public actions near state authorities, 5 — near judicial institutions, 2 — during sports events, etc.
Preventive measures to prevent illegal mining of amber in the territory of Volyn, Rivne and Zhytomyr regions continue.
Also, the soldiers of the National Guard took part in search activities on the territory of the cities of Kamianske, Zhovkva, Vinnytsia, the settlements of Kyiv, Zaporizhia, Lviv and the regions.
Soldiers of the National Guard took part in ensuring public order at the site of the explosion in a residential building in Odessa.
In total, according to the results of the service last week, the National Guard patrols handed over 167 people to the National Police for suspected crimes, 1 thousand 909 people for administrative offenses.
Detainees seized: 2 rifles and 12 rounds, 1 traumatic pistol and 5 rounds to it, 5 units of cold weapons, 0.369 kg of narcotic substances, 23 motor pumps, 95.3 kg of raw amber and 4 vehicles that were used for the illegal extraction of amber raw tin

The patrol units of the NGU ensured law and order in the area of operation of the Joint Forces in Severodonetsk and Rubezhny Luhansk regions, Mariupol, Slavyansk, Kramatorsk, Konstantinovka, Druzhkivka — in Donetsk region.
According to the results of the service, 10 persons were transferred to the National Police on suspicion of committing criminal offenses, including 1 person on suspicion of involvement in the NSF and 211 persons for administrative offenses.

Rivne region. On April 13, together with police uniforms, 12 people were detained under Art. 240 KKU, in which 10 motor pumps and 29.6 kg of raw amber were seized. On April 14, 15 people were detained in conjunction with police uniforms for Art. 240 KKU, in which 11 motor pumps and 65.7 kg of raw amber were seized. On April 15, 7 people in common with police uniforms were detained, of them: 4 people under Art. 240 KKU, 1 person per art. 309 of the Criminal Code and 2 persons under Art. 263 Criminal Code, which seized 2 motor pumps, 36 grams. narcotic substances, 2 pieces of cold weapons, 1 shotgun “SAIGA”, 12 rounds for it without permits, as well as 2 vehicles that were used for illegal extraction of raw amber.
Kyiv. On April 14, a citizen was detained under Art. On April 14, a joint foot patrol with the NPU in the adjacent territory to the station “Ploshcha Lva Tolstoy” of the Kyiv Metro was detained. 185 CCU, who illegally entered the cabin of someone else's car and tried to steal a wallet with cash. On April 15, on foot together with the NPU, after receiving a message about the use of threats and physical force against a citizen by an unknown person and the illegal possession of his mobile phone, hot traces of orientations, while working out the adjacent territory, a citizen was detected and detained under Art. 186 Criminal Code “Robbery”, in which, after carrying out a superficial check, a stolen mobile phone was found. His involvement in the crime was confirmed by the applicant. The investigative and operational team of the district IP was called to the scene.
Vinnytsia. On April 16, two people were detained for Art. 309 CCU, in which, during the surface inspection, narcotic substances of plant origin with a total weight of 28 grams were detected. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
Khmelnitsky. On April 17, a citizen was detained under Art. 309 and 263 of the Criminal Code, who, during a surface inspection, found narcotic substances of plant origin with a total weight of 6 grams, a pistol of traumatic action and 5 rounds to it.
