Operation “Excise”: The National Police drew up 59 administrative protocols on the movement of non-excise goods
On November 1, by order of the Minister of Internal Affairs Denis Monastyrsky, the National Police of Ukraine began the operation “Excise”. The main objective is to stop the illegal trade without paying taxes in the markets of fuel, spirits and tobacco products.
During the period of the implementation of the “Excise” operation, 59 administrative protocols on the movement of fuel or ethyl alcohol by vehicles not specified in excise invoices, registered in the Unified Register of Excise Invoices compiled for operations, in the implementation of which were moved fuel or ethyl alcohol in such vehicles, or in applications for the movement of fuel or ethyl alcohol by vehicles that are not excise warehouses mobile and direct administrative materials to court to make a legal decision.
On December 8, 2021, the judge of the Tysmenytsia District Court of Ivano-Frankivsk region considered two administrative cases and made a decision. According to the first decision, the person was found guilty of committing an administrative offense provided for in Part 4 of Art.
164 KUPap and an administrative penalty was imposed in the form of a fine in the amount of one thousand non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens, which is 17,000 (seventeen thousand) hryvnias with the confiscation of diesel fuel in the amount of 8,486 liters, 8,384 liters, 5,464 liters, gasoline A95 in the amount of 7 517 l and a vehicle of the brand “Volvo”.
According to the second decision, the person was found guilty of committing an administrative offense provided for in Part 4 of Art. 164 KUPap and an administrative penalty was imposed in the form of a fine in the amount of one thousand non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens, amounting to 17,000 (seventeen thousand) hryvnias with the confiscation of 6,000 liters of diesel fuel and a vehicle of the brand “DAF”.
