Internal and internal security officers exposed another briber
The soldier was supposed to help intruders illegally move tobacco products from Ukraine to Romania.
Yesterday, the officers of the internal and own security of the Mukachevo detachment of the GVVB “West” together with the employees of the USSR in the Transcarpathian region of the DSR NPU and the investigators of the TU SBI of Moscow. Lviv, under the procedural guidance of the Transcarpathian specialized prosecutor's office in the military and defense sphere, was detained in the city as part of criminal proceedings. Grapes of the same region of the border service inspector of the Mukachevo detachment, who demanded and received from a local resident the second part of an illegal benefit in the amount of $500 (the total amount of illegal benefit of $1000) for facilitating the illegal movement of tobacco products across the state border of Ukraine on the site responsibilities of the “Dula” branch of the “Dyakove” department.
The suspect was detained in accordance with Art. 208 of the CPC of Ukraine, urgent investigative actions are ongoing.
Note that criminal proceedings are initiated on the basis of the crime provided for in Part 3 of Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Acceptance of an offer, promise or receipt of an unlawful benefit by an official”.
