The National Guards of Western OTO received cars “Ford Tranzit”
The military units of the Western Operational and Territorial Association of the National Guard of Ukraine received new specialized vehicles for the performance of public order tasks. A total of 12 cars went to Khmelnytskyi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kalush, Chernivtsi, Drohobych, Uzhgorod, Ternopil, Rovne, Sarn and Vinnytsia.
In particular, in the 2nd Galician Brigade, those units that are engaged in the protection of public order received cars. As noted by the deputy commander of the brigade from the service, Alexander Klimchuk, the cars are surprisingly comfortable and fully meet all requirements.
“These machines are made by order of the National Guard of Ukraine,” says Oleksandr Klimchuk, “and the modern experience of public order protection service is fully taken into account.”
The new car is already being tested in military unit 3053 in Khmelnitsky.
“These minibuses, which are made on the chassis of the Ford Tranzit car and are designed to perform tasks of public order protection, are a very necessary and extremely important asset for our military unit, - said the deputy commander of the 3053 military unit for armaments - the head of the technical unit Pavel Sheremeta. - Daily on the patch a large number of military personnel are involved in the regulation, so a modern, high-quality and comfortable car, made taking into account the experience of international law enforcement agencies, will help the personnel to feel be more confident, be more mobile, and better perform military and military tasks to protect our citizens and prevent crime.”
