During the week, a diver's calculation examined more than 7 thousand sq. m of the bottom of the border reservoir. There were no signs of setting up contraband shipments by submarine.
It is worth noting that this area attracts smugglers with its landscape features - thick reeds, impassable shores and frequent thick fogs.
However, for border guards it is by no means news that this is where offenders can begin their “active labor” activities. Therefore, in these areas of responsibility, border guards systematically carry out inspections in order to identify the arrangement of pipelines and other structures that can be used to move contraband and prohibited items. So every illegal act will be detected and stopped at the stage of arrangement.
