Unsettled migrants were found in the capital market “Troyeshchyna”
Today, May 14, 2021, during the joint work of employees of the Central Interregional Department of the State Emergency Service in the city. In Kyiv and Kyiv region and employees of the Kyiv National Police in one of the largest markets of the capital, foreigners were found on the territory of Ukraine in violation of migration legislation.
Unsettled migrants were citizens of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan, 7 of them were brought to administrative responsibility under Art. 203 KUPap “Violation by foreigners and stateless persons of the rules of stay in Ukraine and transit passage through the territory of Ukraine”, they will have to pay fines.
Organization of work on the prevention of illegal migration remains one of the priority areas of activity of the CMU SMS in the city. Kyiv and the Kiev region, therefore, employees of the migration service regularly work in markets, construction sites and other places where the use of illegal labor of migrants is possible. We call on foreign citizens and stateless persons to comply with the rules of stay in Ukraine.
