The first police front office started its work in Kirovograd region
The updated police service can now be used by citizens who apply to the Kropyvnytskyi district police department. The main feature of its activities is high-quality communication with citizens, aimed at quickly obtaining the necessary services in convenient conditions.
The front office of Kropyvnytskyi is located on the ground floor of the territorial unit.
“Police officers who have undergone special training are on duty here. They clarify with visitors the purpose of their appeal, from the place they contact colleagues, whose competence in the areas of activity is the question of the applicant. Citizens are helped to draw up written appeals, explain the norms of current legislation, refer, subject to affiliation, to other state bodies, if the issue raised does not fall within the competence of the police. And the main difference of the front office from the previous format of working with citizens' appeals is efficiency, assistance, communication with the services of the unit, openness in the activities of police officers,” says Andriy Gudima, the head of the Kropyvnytskyi district police department.
The pilot project of the front office, which has now opened in Kropyvnytskyi, has already received positive feedback from citizens who have used the new service. In the near future, it is planned to open police front offices in the cities of Alexandria, Znamyanets and Svitlovodsk.
