Competition of scientific works of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was held on the basis of Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs
On May 20 and 21, the Department of Personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs ensured the public protection of scientific works of the final stage of the competition of scientific works of applicants of the first (bachelor) level of higher education of higher education institutions belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
The main objectives of the competition are the search and support of talented young people who show abilities for scientific work, the creation of a creative atmosphere and conditions for innovative development in higher education institutions, as well as increasing the prestige of sectoral science.
In total, 96 applicants from higher education institutions belonging to the field of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Guard of Ukraine, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and the State Border Service of Ukraine took part in the competition, and 47 education applicants whose works were invited to participate in the final scientific and practical conference determined by the best in terms of the results of the review by the competition commissions.
Due to quarantine restrictions, the event was held online, but this did not prevent all contestants from presenting the results of their scientific research for 15 nominations.
Despite the variety of topics of scientific works, the most pressing issues of law and law enforcement, including gender parity in the security sector, Euro-Atlantic integration, as well as social issues during quarantine restrictions, have become end-to-end directions of creative search.
At the end of the intense two-day work, the organizing committee approved the winners and prizewinners of the competition.
