The Migration Service continues to provide services
Divisions of the Central Interregional Directorate of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine in the city. Kyiv and Kyiv region work in regular mode and provide services for registration and issuance of documents. At the same time, we ask citizens of Ukraine and foreigners to temporarily refrain from visiting DMS units without urgent need.
The epidemic situation in Ukraine continues to be tense. Kyiv is currently in the “red” quarantine zone, moreover, from April 5 to 16, additional security measures were introduced in the capital aimed at maximizing social contacts and preventing the spread of COVID-19.
At the same time, the mode of operation of units of the Migration Service of Kyiv and the region has not changed. If it is necessary to issue or receive documents, applicants for services can do this in the usual manner according to the work schedule of the structural divisions of the CMU DMS in the city. However, given the significant aggravation of the epidemic danger, it is not necessary to contact the Migration Service without urgent need. We draw your attention to the following:
- if the document is ready for issuance - it can be obtained after the quarantine restrictions are lifted;
- if the DMS service has already been pre-paid - this receipt can be used after the end of quarantine - for the relevant service in the same department of the Migration Service;
- during the quarantine period, documents that were not received by the applicants are not subject to destruction.
