Criminal “authority” nicknamed “Salim” was forcibly returned outside Ukraine
On April 6, 2021, employees of the Central Interregional Department of the State Health Service of Ukraine in the city. Together with the officers of the Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police of Ukraine, a 42-year-old citizen of the Russian Federation, who is a criminal “authority” nicknamed “Salim”, was discovered and brought to the Migration Service unit to Kyiv and the Kiev region.
This citizen was expelled from the territory of Ukraine in 2016 with a subsequent ban on entry for a period of 3 years, in 2019 the ban was extended for another 3 years. Despite the ban on entry, the man illegally entered Ukraine outside the checkpoints in order to establish criminal and corruption ties, spread the activities of criminal groups controlled by him on the territory of Ukraine and thus redistribute spheres of influence in the criminal environment.
After establishing the circumstances of the offense and the conditions conducive to them, a protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up for the aforementioned citizen, provided for in Art. 203-1 KUPap “Failure to comply with the decision on the ban on entry into Ukraine” and the decision on forced return with a ban on entry. On the same day, accompanied by employees of the CMU DMS in the city. A Russian known in criminal circles has left the territory of Ukraine to Kyiv and the Kyiv region and employees of the SSR of the National Police.
