Igor Klymenko introduced the head of police of Kharkiv region

By order of the Head of the National Police of Ukraine Stanislav Perlin was appointed Head of the Main Department of the National Police in Kharkiv Oblast. The presentation took place today, September 1.

Igor Klymenko noted that Stanislav Perlin is an experienced manager who held senior positions in the district departments of internal affairs bodies and headed the Research Expert and Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for more than 17 years.

“Today's police face many serious challenges that need to be responded to immediately. In resolving difficult situations, it is important to support local governments and interact with all branches of government. I am sure that the new leader will form a reliable team and cope with all the tasks set,” the head of the police department emphasized.

Igor Klymenko thanked Andrei Rubel, who had headed the regional police department for eight months before, and noted that he will continue to serve in the Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police of Ukraine.

The heads of the regional council and the regional state administration expressed hope for fruitful cooperation with the new head of police and assured of support and resolution of urgent issues of law enforcement agencies.

Taking office, Stanislav Perlin thanked the Minister of Internal Affairs and the leadership of the National Police of Ukraine for their trust and assured that together with the Kharkiv police team and representatives of the authorities he would ensure legality and order in the region.

“I will do everything to create a reliable security space in Kharkiv region. Our main task is to ensure law and order,” said the new head of the Kharkiv police.
