Igor Klymenko introduced the head of police of Poltava region
The regional police department was headed by Yevgeny Rogachev. The new head of the personnel was presented today, December 3, by the Head of the National Police of Ukraine Igor Klymenko.
The police general of the first rank wished the new leader to quickly enter the course of affairs and continue the successful implementation of important projects in the region.
In turn, Yevgeny Rogachev thanked for the trust given by the Minister of Internal Affairs and the Head of the National Police, emphasized the demanding attitude towards the personnel, and also voiced the intention to make every effort to increase the confidence of the population.
The newly appointed head of police of the region noted that he will take all necessary measures to improve communication with the media, territorial communities, as well as cooperation with other law enforcement agencies to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens.
During the meeting, Igor Klymenko also drew the attention of the heads of territorial police units of the region to priority areas of activity. Among them: proper organization of work of each structural unit and demanding attitude to personnel; minimum response time to applications and notifications of citizens; proper interaction with local authorities and self-government, ensuring close cooperation with territorial communities; intensification of the fight against illegal activities in the field of sale of excise goods goods; cessation of illegal activities in the field of fuel and energy complex; prevention of drug crime and organized crime; taking measures to reduce accidents on the roads.

Rogachev Evgeny Pavlovich was born on April 25, 1977 in the city of Vasilkov, Kiev region.
Education - higher, in 1998 he graduated from the National Academy of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, majoring in “jurisprudence”.
He started his service in the internal affairs bodies in 1998 as an investigator of the Vasylkivsk city department of internal affairs. He worked in the pre-trial investigation bodies of the GUMV of Ukraine in the Kiev region, the GUMV of Ukraine in the Odessa region, the GUMVI of Ukraine in the city of Kiev. From 2015 to 2018 he served in the Main Investigation Department of the National Police of Ukraine. In 2019 — in the GUNP of Odessa region.
In February 2019, he was appointed to the position of Deputy Head — Head of the Investigative Department of the GUNP in Cherkasy Oblast (Region).
From December 3, 2021, he was appointed to the position of the head of the GUNP in the Poltava region.
