DPSU: Week of work of checkpoints in the area of the joint operation
By order of the commander of the Joint Forces, all checkpoints on the demarcation line are open for passage daily from 8.00 to 16.00 hours. At the same time, the actual omission was made in only two of them.
The Russian occupation forces leave the road corridors completely blocked through the entry and exit checkpoints “Shchastya”, “Zolote”, “Gnutove”, “Mayorske” and “Marinka”.
The occupiers open traffic along the road corridor to the Novotroitske checkpoint only twice a week. During the week, 692 citizens and 103 vehicles were followed through the checkpoint in the direction of the temporarily occupied Donetsk region, and 959 citizens and 162 vehicles — in the direction of the controlled territory.
Daily transit operations were carried out only at the checkpoint “Stanytsya Luhanska”. Compared to the previous week, passenger traffic decreased by 32%. In total, the servicemen of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine issued 6,203 persons during the passage to the temporarily occupied territory, and 6,188 persons to the controlled territory.
In addition, pro-Russian militants did not allow three citizens into the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. Border guards ensured their return to controlled territory.
Three trucks with humanitarian aid from the International Committee of the Red Cross passed through the checkpoint “Novotroitske”. For the needs of residents of the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, hygienic and food sets have been adapted. The total weight of humanitarian aid was 58 tons.
We remind you that during the action in Ukraine of the “green” level of epidemic danger, citizens arrive in the controlled territory without undergoing self-isolation. And foreigners need to have a health insurance policy to cross the demarcation line.
At the same time, it is mandatory to pass temperature screening and stay in the checkpoint in a protective mask (respirator) with observance of social distance.
