Denys Monastyrsky presented the newly formed team of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

Today, on September 6, during the presentation of the priority areas and projects of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Head of the Ministry presented the newly formed team.

Denys Monastyrsky said that Yevhen Yenin became the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs.

"Yevhen Yenin is an experienced politician who will coordinate the activities of a number of MIA structures, including the National Police," - the Minister said.

Deputy Minister Bohdan Drapyatiy will be responsible for relations with the Verkhovna Rada and the activities of the MIA Service Centers.

Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Meri Akopyan will coordinate and support the international activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Oleksandr Hohilashvili will continue to work on the formation of state policy on combating drug addiction and drug related crimes.

Deputy Minister Ihor Bondarenko will be responsible for the digital transformation and digitalization of the services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Serhiy Honcharov will continue to work as a Deputy Minister in the implementation of international projects, which are part of the MIA activities and provide for long-term implementation (contract with Airbus Helicopters for the supply of French helicopters for the Unified System of Aviation Security and Civil Protection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, contract with OCEA for production and supply of the 20 border patrol boats for needs of the border security system, etc.). 

Deputy Minister Kateryna Pavlichenko will continue to work towards human rights, combating gender-based violence and gender equality.
