“Day with a policeman and a rescuer”: law enforcement officers conduct interactive classes with children
On September 13, the all-Ukrainian information and preventive action “Day with a policeman and a rescuer” was launched in the country's educational institutions. Law enforcement officers and emergency personnel explain to schoolchildren the rules of safe behavior on the road, the algorithm of actions during emergency situations, as well as introduce special equipment and special equipment. Also, children are more familiar with the specifics of the work of a policeman and a rescuer.
In the Zaporizhzhya region, “Day with a policeman and a rescuer” began with a training alarm. Teachers and pupils evacuated from the building as planned and gathered at the complex's sports ground. There, informative locations of police and rescuers were waiting for them.
For Vinnytsia schoolchildren, the event began with the execution of commands by the service dog Doris, who detained the conditional offender. After the performances, the students dispersed to different locations, where they were told about the features of the work of a dog handler, an explosives technician, a forensic scientist, juvenile and patrol police officers, rescuers. Also, children took part in cognitive legal quizzes, the winners of which received gifts.
In Uzhgorod, police and rescuers arranged a real holiday for schoolchildren. The patrol police equipped a mini-town, where the police posted road signs and explained traffic rules to children in an interactive form.
This week, Kherson police and rescuers visited schools in the region. Children learned from law enforcement the rules of safe behavior in everyday life, during study and rest. Also, the children felt like a real policeman or rescuer, because they had the opportunity to learn more about their work, try on equipment and sit in official cars.
In Kirovograd region, one of the first such events was held by a police officer of the Dolyna territorial community together with his colleagues - juvenile police officers and rescuers.
So, in each region of the state, police and rescuers will conduct interactive classes with children. During the events, law enforcement officers will remind and explain the rules of behavior on the road, in everyday life and public places, conduct master classes on the study of fire safety, civil protection and the provision of first aid. Such lessons with children in state educational institutions will last until September 25.
