Due to illegal visit to Crimea, border guards banned Russian poetess and author of various projects from entering Ukraine
The State Border Guard Service during registration of citizens daily provides adequate control measures for the passage of persons across the border.
Work is constantly being carried out to identify persons who violate Ukrainian legislation, in particular, illegally visiting the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
One of these citizens was stopped this night at the airport “Kiev”. A 25-year-old Russian woman flew to our country from Spain. During registration, border guards established that she illegally visited the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in violation of the established procedure of entry and exit. The Russian woman, who turned out to be a poet and author of various projects, has repeatedly published materials on Crimean topics and information about visiting the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. The woman noted that she traveled to the peninsula last year and got there by train.
For violation of the norms of Ukrainian legislation, citizens of the Russian Federation were refused passage across the state border and prohibited from entering Ukraine.
