Soldiers of the OSP “Azov” repelled the conditional enemy on the sea coast
Yesterday, September 16, planned exercises of the tactical group with the task of conducting anti-landing defense took place on the coast of the Sea of Azov. Infantry units, tankers and artillery of a separate special purpose detachment “Azov” 12 of the operational brigade were involved in the elaboration of actions during the landing of the enemy. D. “According to the legend of the exercise, the enemy formed boat landing groups, which advanced to the landing area, made an attempt to land and gain a foothold in order to create a bridgehead for the approach of the main forces. The task of the group was to prevent the enemy forces from landing, then repel the attack and throw the enemy back into the sea,” says the chief of staff of the tactical group with the nickname “Snow”.
According to him, all planned activities were worked out, the task was accomplished — the tactical group defeated the enemy and was entrenched in the area.
Such exercises are an opportunity to assess the coordination of units and the training of each fighter in particular, because there is a very real danger of landing an enemy landing on the sea coast.
